Ode to Georgia

This is Georgia,  Reid's cat. I am sad to say that we had to put her down Friday, April 22. She was 16 years old. He picked her out at the shelter when he was just 4. He and that cat loved each other so much. She was the sweetest thing filled with love. She dislocated her hip the Saturday before she died. We couldn't fix it because she wouldn't have survived the anesthesia because of her heart murmur. We were hoping that she would adapt, but it became clear that she would always be in intense pain. She was brave and loving to the end. We will miss that little 5 pound cat.
