Tender Mercies

I am thankful for good families that take care of Reid. Sister Bookwalter emailed me to ask for a recipe. Reid had asked for French onion soup and apple chicken costinis (sandwichs). It is one of his favorite meals. He must have been comfortable enough to ask for her to make it for him. I was happy to send the recipe. She said she was happy to make it because he is one of her most favorite missionaries. Secondly, I am thankful to Bro. Baerg. He must have been listening to the Spirit because he called and invited Reid and his companion over just when Reid needed a pick me up. He help Reid fix his bike, joked around and had Reid help him learn a bass guitar part. It was exactly what Reid needed and an answer to prayer. Bro. Baerg told Reid,"I think you needed more of a tune up than your bike."
